Hair didn’t just happen to me — it straight-up picked me. I started cosmetology school at 17 with zero clue what I was doing, and 25 years later I’m still here, still obsessed, and still finding new ways to push the limits of what’s possible.

I’m not here to give you cookie-cutter hair. My process starts with one question: how do you want to feel when you walk out of here? Then I take that vibe, your lifestyle, and what’s actually realistic, and turn it into a cut and color that fits you.

I’m a certified tool junkie, and while I love them all, my razor is my ride-or-die. Bring me your inspo pics — I’ll find what’s possible, tell you what’s not, and deliver something that’s even better than what you imagined.

If I had to do it all over again, I’d still choose hair — but I’d play it even bigger, bolder, and smarter. The first decade was fun (and chaotic), but these days I know exactly what I’m doing and I don’t waste time.

What makes me different? I prefer to listen more than I talk, I almost always under promise what’s achievable, and I never get tired of the guests reaction when Im able to over deliver.

I’m always learning, always leveling up, and always thinking outside the box — because at the end of the day, Kari isn’t just making great hair — she’s helping you love what you see.
