What does it cost? Membership start at $25 and go up to $400 /month. Choose the amount that works best for you or consult with your Stylist.
What can I use Cult Cash on? Cult Cash can be applied toward any salon service, including color, cuts, treatments, and more.
Does Cult Cash expire? No. Your Cult Cash balance never expires.
Can I pause my membership? No. Cult Cash memberships may not be paused.
What happens if I cancel? You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ advance notice. Monthly contributions may continue during the notice period.
After cancellation: Your Cult Cash balance remains available.
Does bonus cash carry over after cancellation? No. Any unused, unissued, or future bonus cash is forfeited upon cancellation.
Can I share or transfer my Cult Cash? Cult Cash is non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.
Can Cult Cash be refunded or redeemed for cash? No. Cult Cash contributions are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash or gratuity.
How do I join? Ask your stylist or our Guest Services team to enroll, or sign up directly through our website.
