    Yes. There’s no commitment required. You can cancel anytime — but the longer you stay, the more consistent and vibrant your color will be.

    What happens if I miss a month?
    Life happens. If you skip a month, your service just doesn’t roll over. We recommend reserving several appointments ahead of time to keep your color rhythm strong.

    Does this cover lightening or highlights?
    Nope. The Color Cult is for single-process color only — think root touch-ups and grey coverage. Lightening services are a different kind of obsession.

    How do I sign up?
    You can join online, over the phone, or in-salon. Just tell your stylist or our Guest Services crew you’re ready to Join the Cult — we’ll handle the rest.
