Backpack Buddy Program

'Ohana Salon is a proud participant of the Backpack Buddy program, an annual back-to-school event put on by Redeemer Lutheran Church.


Each year, more than 350 backpacks are provided to local organizations that offer low-income children a positive start to their school year with new school supplies, water bottles, snacks and backpacks. Recipients of the Backpack Buddy program include Lutheran Family Services, Catholic Charities Northern, Crossroads Safe House and many local elementary schools.
